Send as much information as you can in the form of pictures or drawings, this can help us assess the best way to help you with your requirements. If these are not available then don't worry, we can visit your site to make an assessment on your behalf. All confidentialities will be respected with the relevant confidentiality agreements being put in place before you send anything to us.

Once we have received your information we will carefuly assess your brief and clarify any points in advance of starting any work. 

Once we have agreement we can start work immediately.

The development of your service will take a little time, we will issue regular updates to ensure that the style and presentation is right for you. 

We will initially provide the documentation in electronic format, this will give you some time to reflect on the content and make any final changes. If you have requested the documents in paper format then these will follow once you are satisfied.
